Launch Days :
On collection launch dates we experience an extremely high number of orders. we are a very small team. please expect fulfillment times to be longer by 2-3 business days on these days. we are unable to make changes to orders once they are made. we are unable to combine shipping on SEPARATE orders. having an item in your cart does not hold the item and it can be PURCHASEd by someone else. this is a built in function by our server host and out of our control. if you MISTYPE your address, please email hello@auraleaf.co immediately and we will do our best to correct this.
Fabric Disclaimer :
Linen is 100% natural woven fibres. You may notice some tiny bumps and nubs and other cosmetic changes through the fabric. This is something that normally occurs with woven fabric. The unique texture of linen adds to the natural look and beauty of your ring sling.
Handmade factor: Please note that every single Aura Leaf ring sling is individually handmade. Due to this there may be very small imperfections in your sling. They will never hinder safety and only add to the unique quality of your handmade item.
Presoftened factor: As Aura Leaf linen is all pre softened for ease of use and comfort, your sling will be wrinkled. This is also due to the nature and lived in look of linen. One of our favourite characteristics!
Return and Exchange Policy :
All sales are final. No cancellations. explicitly no cancellations on preorders. You are entitled to an exchange 7 days after day of delivery**. the customer is required to pay shipping for an exchange. The product MUST be returned* to Aura Leaf unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact. For an exchange email hello@auraleaf.co with the title subject "Exchange" please include your order number and name in the email. Upon receipt and review of the item to be exchanged, Aura Leaf will process an exchange order for the new item. store credit provided will be for merchandise only. shipping will not be refunded. On sale items will be final sale. No exceptions. Aura Leaf Inc. is not liable for items lost by shipping carriers. please contact your carrier.
** International Orders (excluding U.S.): all sales are considered final and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

special sale/event Discount codes are only applicable to new orders within the identified time period of the sale. codes will not be applied retroactively. should you forget to use a code within the time period of the sale, please email hello@auraleaf.co so we may try to help you.
